My cousin drove down from Santa Barbara and played with me today. Very enjoyable experience. We played gin rummy at cal tech and walked around old town pasadena. i bought a book, which is a necessary in any good day equation.
I never baked that cake yesterday. However, I did buy ingredients for strawberry shortcakes and they were delicious.
David Bowie makes me want to just shut my mouth..
Side note:
Tom and I have been creating registries because this summer his best bud's mom is throwing us a bridal shower. Eek. How am I supposed to know what home decor/accessories I will be into in a year when my taste in all things changes from day to day. Today I liked the Chocolate Espresso (bed bath and beyond is OBSESSED with coffee and sweets) bath towels but I know tomorrow I'm going to think that the last thing I want to dry myself off with is something reminiscent of the poo color.
